Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Rillset collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, country and order details. Payment details are handled by Payhip and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you ask for the free guide or join our email list: your name (if given) and email address.
- When you email us or apply for Concierge: the information you choose to send.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, send receipts and provide support.
- To send the free guide and, if you signed up, occasional emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your questions and Concierge applications.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.
Service providers we use
- Payhip: store, checkout, tax, receipts, file delivery and free-guide signups.
- PayPal: payment processing (PayPal and card payments).
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and email routing.
- Google (Gmail): our business email inbox.
- Our email tool (if you join our list): sending occasional emails.
These providers may store data outside the UAE, including in the United States and European Union, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Email-list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for as long as they're useful for helping you, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email hello@rillset.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
Children
Our products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
